North Texas FWC Organizing Committee president Monica Paul disclosed preparations to safeguard up to six base camps.

“Safety & security is our No,1 priority,” Paul said.

“We’ve got 18 different planning groups and expert planning teams that have been working for the last year and a half across the region,” she added.

The CONCACAF Gold Cup will be used by Dallas officials as the gauge for its safety protocols.

“Our focus over the next few weeks will be on the CONCACAF World Cup,” Paul said.

“In those matches, we may be testing certain things in preparation for 2026,” she added.
